step 1: open you gt3.img file using gta img tool apk

step 2: tap the option button n press add with replace, then go to the car dff file e.g elegy.dff tap it n add, then go to options and rebuild gta3.img

step 3: open txd tool apk then open gta3.txt or txd.txt tap the plus icon(+) then from txd archives. go to the txd file e.g elegy.txd . then select use the screenshot below settings
